    Had to return these due to connectivity issues. Constantly disconnecting from my phone. The sound quality was great but the blue tooth issues were not good.

    Great sound but horrible software

    The sound is great I've had the headset for a few days and I'm happy with the sound, the big problem and it is a recurrent with Bose is the application software, headset keeps disconnecting, app glitches, sometimes the app doesn't even recognizes the headset, I had the original earbuds and was the same issue that's why I went with Samsung headset, their app is magnificent and headsets are great, I came back to Bose thinking everything would be better and more with the price tag, but Bose should really fix their apps in general is they want to continue in business, as lot of frustrated users.

    I returned 2 pairs. First pair I thought it was a bad pair. Second pair same issues. Sound and noise canceling were great when they worked. I look forward to the next version. They would not connect without pairing every time I wanted to use them. It would not allow just the right ear to work. Needed to use both right and left bud then remove the left bud to get right bud work by itself. If the single bud was removed from ear, when reinstalling it would not reconnect without going through the full pairing issue again. I was using a Samsung G S22 Ultra with latest update. Buds and case had latest updates also. Bose tech support was horrible. They basically read the same info included from Bose website/app. For a $250-300 purchase, especially from Bose I expected them to pair/work as well as Apple AirPods Pro or Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. which they DO NOT! From Best Buy employee this has been the norm for these ear buds from Bose. I cannot believe Bose has not pulled them from retailers as they do not meet expectations of the end user.

    I had an older pair of bose wireless earbuds and finally upgraded after 3+ years! I wear these for running, at work, watching a show on my phone. Hands down my favorite headphones and in our family, we have tried a LOT!

    I was going a write detail review on this device but changed my mind since there are many true audio-files who can elaborate proficiently better than I it seems. They invest much more work to this task instead of following the instructions, or is it the other way around? If find this review confusing, please let me know in the comments if I need to do a better job explaining. Now enough of that rant & off to the review: It's Bose so expect superior sound quality with high-end features, you will not be making an error purchasing these earbuds. Only gripe I have is with the app but won’t go into detail.     Bose engineers after thought?

    Product is ok for music and watching videos or movies, but sadly when it comes to calls its extremely frustrating and disappointing, the user will sound muffled on the other end and other end will hear all the background noise amplified to the max, its like the user will sound like in a wind tunnel all the time or have a piece of cloth over their mounth, you can't have a decent conversation with anyone with these things, and to think they chraged premium price for these pair? Its almost like the bluetooth calling part of the earbuds were an after thought by their engineers! A $24 bluetooth earbud is better for calls than this. If you buy these, you find everyone you are having a conversation with to be annoyed by you and you yourself will get frustrated with the constant complaints from your counterparts, get these for music and movies but not for regular conversation use.

    I have been a fan of Bose for a long time. I really enjoy the sound quality they provide when watching TV and movies, or listening to music. I had the style before these and they were wonderful! I think you'll definitely be happy with this purchase!

    I really like the first version because there were less bugs unlike the second version. The second version would cut off and I would have to put it back in its case for a minute and then put it back in again and if that didn’t work I would have to go to the Bose app and see if it register and pair up and sometimes it won’t work and I would have to do it a couple of times. Nevertheless, the quality is excellent and what I expected from a Bose product.

    Definitely recommend getting these ear buds. The noise cancelling function is outstanding and way better than the Apple AirPods, which still aren’t bad in their own right.

    Absolutely luv these! Love them so much that I called one of my friends to brag about them. Guess what she did…. Ran to Best Buy to get her one too! The sound of the music is amazing.

    These are my 3rd pair. Instarted with the origunal wired buds and loved them. The sound quality for the witeless is GREAT! Hiwever, you can’t trust that they will be charged when you open the box. Box is fully charged but the buds don’t always turn off when you put them in and close it. I get to the gym open the box and they are dead or near dead. Ive returned a pair to best buy and gotten them replaced, and the new pair does the exact same thing. I have to say it’s a design issue.

    Best noise canceling headphone. Sound already excellent with the help of eq now it's even more impressive. Headphone doesn't even feel like it there but carrying case bit big. Touch control is also great. Vacuum cleaner at work place is sometimes annoying, with this one I don't even hear it. Best of the best
