First of all want to say I did love this earbuds and am a big fan of Bose love the quality sound and the designs but recently sadly I lost one of my earbuds and I try to track them like the Bose before and I could see to find the way to track them down and know am so disappointed and sad that I can’t even look at them cause there’s no tracking gps installed on them…

Amazing sounding earbuds but if you have large ears, you may have to call Bose. They will send you a another size

I love these earphones. The sound is amazing and they are truly noise canceling. Better than my last ones that I kept having to replace under warranty every year until they wouldn’t allow it anymore. Extremely satisfied with my purchase

A considerable downgrade from the old wired Bose buds. Noise cancellation much less effective, can’t use at safe volumes around any noisy surroundings, borderline useless on a plane. Fit is mediocre under any combination of pieces. Can’t adjust fit while using without turning off music. They’re better than Beats, but that’s like saying they aren’t awful. Seriously regret buying these. Poor value.

Great sound. Some charging concerns. May charge 100 percent then will say only charged 50 percent an hour later.

Picked these up about a week ago but sadly had to return them. Im a huge fannif bise products. All of my home surround sound and portable speakers a Bose products. I was excited to try these ear buds when i saw the new generation. The setup is easy ans you simply use the bose music app to get the earbuds setup. When it comes to noise cancellation these little earbuds are amazing! Same thing goes for the battery life on these earbuds. I used them daily for the gym for almost 2 weeks and only charged them once. As far as listening to music and podcasts. You simply cant go wrong. The only place these fall way short is when youre on a call. They pickup ALL of the background noise which is extremely unfortunate. Im starting to think that no matter how much you spend. Its going to be difficult to find earbuds that not only deliver amazing sound. But also deliver crystal clear phone calls. Not sure why it’s so difficult to find the best of both worlds. But if you simply want earbuds to be emersed with amazing music sound. You cant go wrong w these earbuds!

Excellent noise canceling. Almost like wearing earplugs & could not hear any noise besides what was playing through the earbuds. Can be adjusted to different noise levels. Highly recommend these!

They have trouble connecting sometimes but the sound quality is good.

I was excited to get these as my first generation QC earbuds finally died (and I loved those). To skip to the chase, these suck for conference calls (unlike the first gen). They are really comfortable and the sound quality is great, however I need them primarily for calls. Back to the store they go.

Not sure who these are made for but the sound is substandard and the volume sucks - must be meant for toddlers. If you want some buds to rock out to, these aren’t for you. Buy some Bowers and Wilkins - better.

I dont understand how they put such high quality sound in such a small package, but Bose has provided the latest and greatest, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I immediately updated these earbuds after purchasing due to all the negative reviews I've seen. Unfortunately, I still experienced issues. First and foremost for me is the white noise when ANC is on and no audio is playing. It sounds like distant rain, which is a dealbreaker for me since I like complete silence. When the ANC is on it also gave me the sensation of stuffed ears. Its hard to explain without experiencing for yourself. I also had connection issues, only one earbud would connect or they wouldnt connect at all. I've had the Gen1 Bose QC earbuds since they released and never had these issues. Ill be returning and sticking to the Gen1. The positives are the case and buds are smaller than the Gen1 and the audio is a bit better.

Sounds great. But not for me the connecting was always having a problem.

Sound quality on these is awesome however, they fail to stay, and are harder to get connected to my iPhone. They frequently fall out of my ears, despite using the appropriately sized attachments. I wish I would’ve done AirPod pros.

I bought them for my mother's day. My mom really loved them! The noise cancelling is super good

i have tried many truly wireless earbuds since I bought the bose in i think 2016. These are absolutely fantastic. They sound great and are loud and i don't hear anything from the outside.i have always had a problem keeping an earbud in my left ear and I finally gave up on trying one's that don't have tips.these have small wing tips and they never move.they are expensive but worth the money if you keep them for a long time and with bose quality that shouldn't be a problem.

Wow! My first thought when I played the first song. Amazing sound crisp and a solid bass. Easy setup/pairing. Sorry Samsung. Had the new Galaxy buds until I left them in my pants and sent them through the wash and dry cycle. Just bought these and far and above better fit and sound. These have a dual-seal build to them and it works. No outside sound leaking in...I don't want to take them out of ears. Just got em so can't really confirm the battery life yet.
