    They work until they don't

    Spent $300 on a pair of qc2 Dec 2022.. a few months the left ear wouldn't connect to my phone. Returned to bose for a second pair.. Here we are June 2023 and after a hour of troubleshooting the second pair they sent quit working and will not connect to phone. Not worth the price of inconvenience

    Very good sounds break very easily

    I am on my 2nd pair already. Good thing i bought geek squad protection. The 2nd pair will not connect to anything now. Bluetooth has stopped working. Bose is amazing for sound but it seems the quality and realiabilty of their products have gone steeply down hill. Very disappointing.

      Hello, it's great to hear you feel these have amazing sound.
      The Earbuds use Bluetooth 5.3 and have a connection range of up to 30 feet (9 meters) so it is unusual to hear that these are not connecting.

    Absolutely horrible. Bose needs to fix their connection issues. I know 4 other people with varying devices that have the same connectivity problems. Ridiculous. All 5 of us ended up returning them. Do.....not....buy

    After putting in larger ear support, they're really comfortable. I still own the original Bose QC and will continue to use them. So far so good.

    No find my earbuds feature

    I just purchased the QC II set and found the “find my buds” feature is not available. Using the Connect app only pushed to the Music app which does not offer this much needed feature. Returning this product because I don’t care how good they sounded.

    The sound is definitely Bose quality but the Dirty Little Secret no one tells you is call Quality is terrible and I do mean terrible. Sad thing is you watch all these YouTube videos that no one tells you.

    BAD CONNECTIVITY AND RESPONSIVENESS

    I bought these less than one month ago, which is not a lot of time. I have to reset the Bose every day because they lose their connectivity that often. They are unresponsive and now I feel as if I bought a $249 set of crap.

    Serious Connectivity Issues

    The Bluetooth connection is terrible. It drops in and out when I’m working out. Half the time, I can’t get them to connect so I have to delete the app and reinstall it before I can reestablish a connection, which really sucks when you’re on a plane and can’t download the app. I am completely surprised by the lack of quality. I thought I was buying a superior product, but my old cheap earbuds worked much better. At least I could count on them to consistently connect to my phone. And don’t get me started on the headache of trying to switch to other devices.

    Be prepared to wait for warranty service 6 weeks

    Bought these because of Bose quality reputation. Unfortunately the left bud had some static so had to return them to the manufacturer. Bose sends you a self addressed envelope to send to them. This takes a week to get to you then another week to get to them. So two weeks in I call to get a status and they confirmed that I would be waiting 4 weeks for them to replace. Total at least 6 weeks to replace their shoddy built ear buds. By the time I get to use these they will be old tech.

    They updated the app so you could use any side of ear bud only since the update everyone is complaining of connection issues. Until the fix it do not buy it. It is that bad.

      The thing is, those little taps and swipes are what let you control things like playback and volume. They're a big part of what makes these headphones so convenient for so many people.

      In an attempt to avoid this being problematic for you, I'd recommend adjusting your grip: Try holding the headphones in a way that avoids the touch sensor areas. It might take a little practice, but you should be able to make adjustments to fit without triggering actions.

    Search popping noise (always the left side)

    Seems to be a known issue with this headset with no fix, I've had two replacements in a month. Back and forth with customer service has been awful. Besides that android app has never worked right. Rarely says I'm connected to my headset, logs me out of my account randomly, I've tried to register my product in app three or four times and it doesn't seem to stick This is my first and last Bose purchase.
