The sound quality of music and the noise canceling are amazing but i use mine primarily for talking on the phone. I use just the left ear most days, switching to the right ear as battery dies. When switching from the left ear to right ear the buds Sean to disconnect from my phone (galaxy S22 ultra) forcing me to forget device abs repair. I knew this would be an issue as i saw in other reviews before purchasing but had hoped for a patch in the software update. I've had them 4 months now abs there's newer models coming out, safe to say there not intending to fix it. Also from the first day of use people complain of me sounding muffled or far away while using just the right bud.

I'm glad you like the sound quality and noise cancelling of your QuietComfort Earbuds II, Joseph. Independent Single-Bud Use lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, so if you're experiencing disconnections and having trouble being heard sometimes when using the right earbud, these issues shouldn't happen. Beats AirPods out the park as far as sound and bass quality goes, just wish they were a bit louder considering the price. Overall best earphones I have ever bought, not kidding. If you're tired of your flat sound quality AirPods then take it up a notch and get these Bose qc 2 earphones. Worth every penny.

I have been using 1st gen quiet comfort earbuds for about 3 months before buying this. Honestly, the first gen was a little underwhelming for me because I felt that the noise cancellation was not as good as the quiet comfort 20 earbuds I had been using before. I think that was mostly because the first gen was not providing proper seal. They changed the eartip design on the second gen, now it gives much better seal, and thus noise cancellation is much more effective. The units are also much more lighter, which helps when I have to use them for a extended period of time. I really miss the wireless charging that is absent in this gen though. That was definitely a minus for me.

Great noise cancellation, but fairly frequent connectivity issues. I've had to reconnect these earphones up to 5 times in a single use session because they refuse to properly connect to my phone which only takes about 5-10 minutes, but can be very frustrating.

Improves on the last version by a mile in terms of sound quality. Battery you get about 6 realistic continuous hours of music/meetings, /etc. Smaller charging case, easier to lose frankly, and doesn’t display the charge status of the case itself anymore (different from the last version). I also feel the buds themselves drain quicker than the previous in terms of battery. I guess overall message is you get better sound quality, and the price of losing battery and battery status on the case.

These are great earbuds with a few exceptions. First, the case doesnt have wireless charge which is a downgrade from the previous gen. Second, the update process is a mess and takes forever to complete. Beyond that, they sound great and work great! With that in mind, get the black. These bone colored ones are basically rose gold in the right light and that didn’t work for me.

The best earbuds I've ever owned hands down!!!

My last pair of Bose earbuds lasted 3+ years of daily use before the right bud wouldn't hold a charge. At the suggestion of a BestBuy employee I was talked into buying a pair of S**y's newest flagship buds. They lasted an hour before the painful fit and mediocre sound quality forced me to return them. Enter the new QuietComfort II buds. Right away they fit perfectly in my ear, like I'm not wearing buds at all. Quick Bose app download and 2 minutes to configure them and they were seamlessly integrated with my Samsung Galaxy S20. Next, the noise isolation kicks in and suddenly every bit of ambient background noise was gone, almost unnerving how effectively it works, incredible technology! Next, I cycled through different genres of music, a couple small eq tweaks here and there (mostly personal preference) and they just hit every frequency perfectly, the music just comes to life in your ears! They sound incredible! You'd swear you were wearing a pair of studio headphones. I have not tested battery life as of yet but I'm sure they'll be at least as good as my last set which was more than sufficient. Only cons I've noticed so far is that they are a little difficult to remove from the case, a little awkward to grab but i do have giant fingers. Also, the case is slightly bigger than some of the competition but now I'm just nitpicking. Bose just knocks it out of the park! As a music fanatic always on the go these are instantly the best personal listening devices I've ever owned. Price is a little steep but if you get to compare a few different brands you'll quickly realize these are worth every penny.

I love these Bose earbuds! They have absolutely the best sound I've experienced from any type of headphone. The noise cancelling feature totally blocks exterior noise interference, which enhances performance. The ear piece fits snug in the ear, reducing the chance of dislodging. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the style and performance of these earbuds and being a Bose product, expect them to deliver high-quality sound for years to come!

Sound quality, comfort, battery life, noise cancellation are great. Connecting these is a nonstop nightmare. Sometimes it just doesn't pair, so I have to put it back in the case and try again. It can take a half dozen attempts for this to work. Sometimes they just totally break and refuse to connect to anything and I have to do a total factory reset. This happens once every day or so. I spend hours a week getting these to connect. Bose never should have released this defective garbage. Case is worse than those on $20 knockoffs. Cheapest plastic case I've used for earbuds before. And no wireless charging.

These are really good. They muffle the outside world really well. If you want silence get headphones but these are pretty darn close. You can set the ea- buds to multiple devices but sometimes it doesn't sink. I just don't like how much they stick out from my ear other than that these one of two of my favorite ear buds. They have about 4 hours of battery life but they also charge pretty fast.

Horrible Call Quality, Very Good for All Else!

Initially I was very disappointed with the Bose QC 2, having just bought and tested the Sony XM5 and gave it to my wife. My primary use-case for these is for making phone calls and they really suck at that. Meaning these are not for top-shelf experience with people you're calling or conference calls at work. From there perspective you will sound like you're in a tunnel and even worse if you call from within a call. What they are EXCELLENT for is blocking out ambient sounds from the wearer's perspective (you) to allow you to hear the caller or music that you might play. It is FANTASTIC for that! So much so, I decided to keep these for when I cut the lawn or wash the car to block out the world. In that regard, BOSE QC 2 scores 5 of 5, but there are other issues that stops it from GOAT status: namely the horrible call quality but also the buggy app compatibility for Android and iPhone. Not to mention no LDAC compatibility. That said the sound is good, the bass is bumping and the noise cancelling rocks so good the volume does not need to be high at all. Just don't make phone calls with it lol!

Really noise cancelling when they work but one headphone always has static. Also sometimes there won’t connect right away. When u touch them to adjust them it always turns off the music or hangs up on your phone call. Purchased the insurance but if they do give you a new pair it will cost u 70-200 dollars more to insure the new pair

Those earbuds are small and powerful for all music lovers. Sound quality and ANC were my priority when shopping for earbuds. I had the Bose Sound Sport for a long time which I really enjoyed, but the QC II were a major upgrade and the sound quality is just phenomenal. I was debating between the QC II and Airpods Pro 2, but in comparison things like find my earbuds, wireless charging, or case sound are surely nice to have but weren't the ultimate features I really cared for over the sound quality. Bose has been in the game long enough and they know what they are delivering. Somewhat pricey for earbuds, but you really get what you pay for.

I love these! Sound quality is top notch, and the noise cancelation is perfect. The app is also great for customization and equalization. I'm only giving them a 4 star because of the battery life. It already not the best at 6 hours, but after about a year of use its more like 4 hours. Not a big problem. I had my pair for a little over 2 years and today they finally met their end by falling apart while i was cleaning them, i use them every day and they get droped a lot. Pretty durable considering the circumstances. Anyways, I bought another pair today so i totally recommend them.

These are the best noise canceling headphones I’ve ever used. They are perfect for working in busy coffee shops and shared work spaces. The music sounds great. Only downside is connectivity. Some times you have to reset the headphones for them to connect properly. Not sure if it’s because I have an iPhone or something. Either ways the first pair I purchased, I sent back to Bose because the connectivity was that bad. Fortunately, their customer service was amazing and they replaced them at no charge. And the new ones were better.
