I bought these for my bf as a present, he’s had them for a while and he has not complained about them. The only thing is that recently he had an issue with connecting to his phone at the gym. There was no sound coming out but all I did was turn off his Bluetooth and turn it back on and then they connected. Overall these are pretty good, sound and quality wise

Fantastic sound and noise canceling. The only issue is I do have connectivity problems with iPhone pretty frequently but it’s not a huge deal. Side note, Vampire is the best song of the decade

Overall happy with this product, usage time and recharge time are good, noise canceling is good, and sound quality is good. My only complaint would be connectivity with my samsung s23 ultra when trying to only use 1 headphone. Some times when trying to use the left headphone only upon closing the case the headphones would disconnect from bluetooth.

Great ear piece but can be pricey. The outaide noise cancelation is good. If it were a bit discounted it would be a great value.

Good so far, fit is excellent and sound quality is superior. Now having a phone conversation is lower sound.

Best headphones I have owned as far as the sound quality and fitment. I only wish they had a battery percentage somewhere for the case

Overall sound in terms of music listening and calls are very high quality. Noise cancelling is top notch too. Although you can hear wind noise a lil bit even after ANC. Missing stars are for no wireless charging, no multipoint connectivity and lot of noice picked up my the mic. So if you're planning to take calls while doing household chores, this might not be the best fit for you. I'm still keeping mine for the sound quality alone.

The best headphones in the market. I use them to the gym and they work amazing. Instant connection, great noise cancellation, and great fit. I highly recommend.

When the earbuds decide to connect properly, the quality of sound and comfort of the earbud is top notch. However, the earbuds sometimes do not connect at all to my iphone or computer. Examples: When I answer the phone and would like to switch to earbuds, when I am in airplane mode but have Bluetooth turned on, even literally right now wanted to connect normal and earbuds would not connect. Had to factory reset. These connectivity issues are extremely annoying for a product of this quality! Never buying Bose again

I purchased the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones in Triple Black for my boyfriend, and he absolutely adores them. What impressed us the most was how quickly Bose replaced our initial defective pair, which had issues holding a charge. Since receiving the replacement, these headphones have been nothing short of amazing. We understand that occasional defects can occur during the manufacturing process, but we truly appreciated Bose's responsiveness and their available manufacturer warranty. The noise-canceling capabilities are simply outstanding. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this product.

I love these earbuds. They don’t make my ears hurt and the sound is great. I love the noise cancellation. They also stay in my ears really well. The Bose app that also comes with it is very helpful.

Coming from sport buds it’s an improvement. I love the size on/in my ear. They are much lighter and more comfortable. I also love the noise cancellation! One issue is I sometimes have issues connecting to my phone. It can be both or just one at times. Also sometimes the left bud, while listening to music, sound quality changes…. It’s almost as if noise cancelation blips or something. Overall I love these so if that issue continues I’ll swap them out.

These are my 3rd set of Bose Earbuds, only due to misplacing them, and I can't recommend them enough. The battery life is excellent and the quality is superb especially for the price!

My husband swears by these. They are great at nouse canceling and the bass is amazing. The battery just doesnt last like he would like but that is not a deal breaker. Totally recommend!

Music sounds amazing--even better than the QC Earbuds 1 that I still own and use too. Also, smaller and lighter weight than the gen 1 earbuds. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the battery is weaker than gen 1 earbuds. Also, the left earbud often doesn't engage when I first put it in my ear, making me have to put it back in the case, close the case, open the case, and reinsert in the left ear. Not a big deal--but kind of a pain sometimes.

Awesome. I upgraded to these and they are even better than my older boss model. Sound is awesome and controls are easy. Battery life is great too, I use them all the time and no problems.

The best thing I like is the size. My original quiet comfort ear buds are a little better at noise canceling.

The sound quality is good the look is there.but sadly ut has to many connectivity issues.went online fornthe reciews and all across the board people are reporting about its connectivity issues.i would recommend beats pro but those dont last.ill come back to reviewing this item at a later date.
