Would definitely buy again, great sound and long battery life

Awesome sound, when I'm listening to music. I cant hear other sound. These are the best Bose earbuds ive gotten. They may cost a bit. But they're worth the price. When you keep them in the case. They stay charged.

Sound was great. Look was nice . Light weight. Its a great product just not for me. I dont like the fact that you have to download an app to use them. They also didnt stay put in my ears while at work (mechanic) even with the 3 different size fittings. Wish they did work for me because the sound is way better than air pods.

These earbuds have great noise cancelling and sound. But the biggest issue I have is the constant disconect of bluetooth. The devices would stay connected but no sound would come out requiring the earbuds be put back in the case and turned back on. Sometimes this worked and sometimes it didn't. Might just be a defect or poor quality. Won't know until it's fixed.

On the rare occasion that they connect, and then stay connected, they work and sound great. They connect to my phone and stay working about 10% of the time. When I take them out of the charging case and put them in my ears they power up, tell me they’re connected at 100% battery power and then promptly disconnect. I have to completely replace remove them and uninstall from the Bose app and then reconnect. I do that several times and either give up and use my AirPods or they sometimes connect. The only reason they are not a one star is my wife’s work great for her.

The sound is amazing, and they fit very well. The battery does not last very long but they are awesome!

They work great , lovely sound cancelling . However at times hard to connect to blue tooth.

Bought these for my husband for our anniversary. He's very picky. He loves them. Comfortable and sound great! Comes with charging case-very easy to keep them going!

Best Bose earphones the quality is the best, with switchable earbuds for a more comfortable and high-quality sounds for the user weather, it's taking a walk, studying and etc.

I have now had both the bose QC 1 and the QC2 models. I feel that there were positve and negative changes to the QC2. 1. The charging system is soooooo much better on the new model. With the old pair i always had an issues getting the earbuds to connect and charge. These have been improved and work great! 2. The QC2 seem to be less reliable on the noise cancellation. There are times where loud sounds randomly pierce through where the old model may not have as good of quality with the noise cancellation but i never had a problem using them with loud equipment 3. For your everday casual use i think they have amazing sound and will work perfect however the call experience took a severe U turn. Theres no doubt i have had more issues with the quality in phone conversations. Overall, they are growing on me. They are lighter and less bulky than its predecessor. I use these for working outside in an extreme environment and they have had no issue holding up. Again for casual use i think you will enjoy them very much but for me just a couple little things are keeping me from giving it 5 stars

4.5 stars better than the apple airpods ! it's been over 4 months and i have not yet experience technical difficulties or the headphones shutting down out of nowhere . one thing i didn't like is when you get them the 1st time and connect it to your phone wasn't as smooth as i would like .sound quality is good better than apple. when i'm on the phone with other person they can hear me clear , defff get this !

These earbuds are amazing. They have phenomenal sound quality. When I’m in the gym it’s just my music and my workout. Who ever doesn’t own a pair needs to jump on the Bose Train. They are missing out! I dropped my case and it broke. I ran to Best Buy to get another pair with the quickness. Even though they were not on sale. I still had to have them.

Bought these for my gym workouts cuz my airpods dont like to stay in my ears when i work out. These have amazing sound and stay in my ears really well!

These are 1st earbuds I’ve ever purchased. Extremely comfortable & stay in my ears very well. Pricey but it has great Bose sound, and good noise canceling.

These fit so much better than the previous style. I love the fit and the size. If your looking for noise cancellation that really does cancel noise, these are the earphones!!

Bought these for my wife and our recent Japan trip. She was impressed with sound and noise canceling ability… a marked difference over apple AirPod pro 1st gen. Fit was very good as well.

Bose is the best sound quality out here. The battery is Exquisite. They do not fall out my ears. You can use the app find my bose earbuds which is a life saver

Best earbuds I've ever used, of course they are BOSE. BOSE manufactures some of the finest high quality sound systems made, they absolutely can't be beat. These buds simply amaze me, we have open concept living, and when someone is cooking and talking around you and you are trying to watch TV and can't hear, you can pop these buds in and the Noise Cancellation will filter all that background clutter out, so good in fact when it's time to gather my wife has to come punch me in the shoulder to get my attention.
