Overrated overpriced
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointed. To pay that much money and not be able to use each earbud by itself is ridiculous. I wil say it’s the best ANC on the market but who cares at that price point. I was satisfied with Soundcore Life Note 3i for way cheaper

Posted .Thanks for your review. The QuietComfort Earbuds II can be used independently of one another, via Independent Single-Bud Use. This feature lets you switch between your left and right earbud, and if one earbud runs out of battery, the other will automatically take over. To access Independent Single-Bud Use, please update the software on your QuietComfort Earbuds II to version 1.3.26 or later. Warm regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support

A Disappointing Bose Audio Journey
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had high hopes for the QC II's given Bose reputation for quality, but the cons outweighed the pros for me unfortunately and I returned them. Pros: Sound is great, can customize Bass etc in the app. Class leading excellent Active Noise Cancellation. Cons: Expensive. Bulky case. Bose App connection issues. At certain frequencies the ANC causes a loud uncomfortable 'pop' sound, such as when closing car door. They seal way too tightly in ear canal causing pressure after wearing for >1 hour. No ability to connect to more than one device.

Good For The Money
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is very good and these paired easily with my phone. One seems to slip out of my ear a bit. Sony is supposed to have much better noise canceling, but I noticed nothing better over Bose and Bose has better sound in my opinion.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice sealed fit, with a smaller design. They look good, and have deep bass, a rich sound. That’s what you can expect to get with these solo concert speakers.

Ditch your airpods
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best sound and an app that works well. Integrates as well as AirPods but with the better sound quality of Bose. Battery in the buds and in the case last ridiculously long.

Great sound
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these looking for a better sound quality than my normal choice of Beats. By far better Bass and sound. Only down fall is conductivity with my iPhone with left ear piece. I’m still getting used to them.

Great Canceling!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have never really used any Bose earphone products, only speakers. But I have to say these quiet comfort earbuds 2 are great. The sound quality is great, and the canceling portion is phenomenal especially on a plane. Especially when you want to block out outside noise. Definitely recommend. If you never used canceling earphones, they do take a bit of getting used too. So maybe listen to music using one earphone while getting used to the cancelling portion. Yes, you can use one earphone, which is a great feature. Answering phone calls, adjusting volume is very easy and a great feature.

QC2 Connectivity
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm conflicted with my purchase of these Bose QC2 earbuds. As a life long Bose supporter, I had high hopes for these headphones, and sound performance/noise cancellation wise they did not disappoint. The problem I ran into with these was in regards to connectivity and both headphones working seamlessly each time of use.

Posted .Hello, it's great to hear that you are a life long Bose supporter.
It's good to hear that the sound performance and noise did not disappoint you.
The Quietcomfort II earbuds use Bluetooth 5.3 and have a connection range of upto 30 feet. It is unusual to hear that you have connection issues with these. You can find guidance here https://bose.life/3LabUFq to ensure a perfect connection.
Thanks
Matt - Bose Customer Support
