    Excellent Sound Quality and Noise Cancellation. One small negative factor I experienced, the Earphone when using it on an Ambient mode, is not great for watching movies cuz the Noise Cancellation was not consistent.

    I’ve gone through several of these headphones and 75% of them exhibit a noticeable crackle in one of the earphones. Besides that, the ANC is superior and the sound quality is good.

      I am sorry to hear that your case is no longer charging, I would recommend using a charger that has the correct power ratings some products require minimum of 1 amp of current in order to recharge. Many USB ports on a computers can only provide a maximum of 0.5 amps of current.

    EXCELLENT EXCELLENT HEADPHONES, my only “complaint” is the noise cancelling works a little “too well” and feel like it’s sucking the air out of your ear! Other than that VERY COMFORTABLE!

    My ears are really sensitive when it comes to sound and earbuds tend to physically hurt my ears after wearing for around an hour. The sound quality is amazing and the actual earbuds have different silicone add ons to help with both fit and noise cancelling, 10/10

    Very good sound, better than my wife's apple buds,not good for exercise that has a lot movement,hard to get them in tight enough. Sound cancelling is great.
