Worth every penny
|Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I could not be happier! You can adjust the noise cancellation level, it's easy to listen to media and be aware of background noise. Well worth what you pay!

Okay buy from Best Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just wish they had a find my feature. They were moderately comfortable with alright noise cancellation. Lost them after a few weeks at a friends house. If they had a find my feature id still have them. AirPod pros are better.

Great all around ear bud
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great clarity, bass, highs and lows. I have purchased multiple pairs of bose headphones. These are indeed the best thus far, they are better than my apple air pod pro 2nd generation.

Disappointing honestly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let’s start with this. If they wouldn’t have discontinued the II I would not have these. Now that’s out the way, these buds are great sound wise my issue is with the connection itself and the actual buds. These are my second pair after the right bud on the last pair decided to stop working randomly. I was going to trade them in because I found the right to have issues prior to that anyway, but I thought hey maybe it’s just these one pair being weird. Just kidding I get to the second pair and they refuse to stay on UNLESS both are in, what’s the point of that? Then no one can hear me out of the left (I noticed before the right bud is better to speak in anyway) while on the phone. I’ve disconnected them multiple times at this point and will be trading them back in and finding something else they’re pointless.

Posted .I'm happy to hear you've been enjoying the sound of the QuietComfort Earbuds II! With software version 1.3.x and up, you can use either the left or right earbud independently of the other. As for mic response, make sure the stability bands are positioned properly, so the mic hole on the band is aligned with the mic on the earbud. This will ensure that people can hear you clearly. For any further assistance, our customer support team will happily advise: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. Warm regards, Fiona M. - Bose Customer Support

Noise canceling is the best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality of these ear buds is the best. I travel a lot for work and noise canceling eliminates an airplane engine noise

quite happy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am finding that these are genuinely worth the price. There was lots of help learning how to use them, insert them, get a good fit. I'm still experimenting a little with settings - it always takes me awhile with something new

Bose ear piece
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are great ear buds, noise cancelation works great even if the wind is blowing towards the ear piece the other party can still hear you with other ear buds they will not work if the wind blow in your ear piece. The app is not the greatest and sometimes they will not pair with my cell phone so i have to unpair and repair them again. Its too expensive of a product to have those type of issues. I still like them though.

Good could be better
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound canceling is awesome, however when used to answer the phone there is a significant time lapse. Also, it spells names rather than knowing how to pronounce the name.

Constant having to re-pair Bluetooth.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound was of course, wonderful. But 3 days after buying them, the left ear bud lost Bluetooth connection and I had to go through re-pairing. Not happy for $300 headphones.

These Headphones.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound canceling is amazing. The hurt the ears a bit but it could be something that I need to get used to. Love the different modes as well as the simplicity of the app. They look great and the sound quality couldn’t be better.

Wanted to love them
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After having a set of 1st gen AirPods fail way too soon and no assistance available from apple I was really interested in a high quality sound replacement. These sounded great for music. I ended up returning them because the transparent noise canceling in the car was really bad. 2) Sometimes when listening to spoken words the sound would shift from ear to ear at the beginning of a word. 3) No matter what I couldn’t find a combo of tips and rings to stay in my ear. I went back to the pods 2nd gen.

Love Them
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've tried many other buds and these are the only ones that are comfortable to my sensitive ears. Honestly I could rave about them all day, so instead I'll just say I love them.
