Very good sounding. That’s what you would expect from Bose but not sure they are worth the price. Got for 249.99 when on sale

Awesome ... long lasting battery life. Very convenient especially if you are working night shift.

Typically I’m not one to complain but I ordered a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort II earphones last week and when they arrived I opened the package. The seal that Bose typically has was broken and there was a piece of tape keeping the box sealed over it. When I opened the earphones and began setting them up I quickly realized the earphones I was using were used. Someone had previously connected them to their Chromebook and their S20 phone. The earphones didn’t charge correctly. The left earbud wasn’t charging right. When I called the customer line there was little help. Friday on my day off, I had to drive over 2 hours to return them to my nearest Best Buy. I’m not one to go online and right a negative review but I’m pretty upset over this. I’m a loyal Best Buy customer and just feel like I should have received a new pair of earphones when that’s what I paid for. I’m not one to ask for much but some compensation (coupon code) towards a future Best Buy purchase would be nice to compensate for the gas it took me to return them.

I absolutely love this bluetooth set! It has been the best set i have every had!! The sound is amazing. And the canceling is aweaome when my kiddos are to loud

They are certainly the best noise cancelong ive ever used. Ive tried many buds and will continue to test new products, but as for now (june 2023) they take the cake. The 4/5 stars is simply because of connectivity issues. Some of the time you wont be able to connect via Bluetooth and youll have to resync them to your phone. Kind of annoying considering the MSRP of these things. I have a Samsung S22 ultra btw, no reason for these consistent issues this long after launch. Get it together Bose.

Bought these for my husband for Christmas. He LOVES THEM!! The sound is excellent he says!! He uses them all of the time (daily), he is an expert on sound for ear buds..

My wife didnt like her airpods so I decided to get her these. She has fallen in love wth them and has always them on. She loved the music especially that is much better than airpods. If you want a better sound, you cant go wrong with these.

I really liked these earbuds until the bluetooth pairing just stopped working about 6 months after purchase. I contacted Bose and am supposed to get a replacement pair asap. I like Bose and will continue to use their products but this was a little disappointing since my original QC earbuds lasted a long time and even took some serious abuse with no issues.

Has these before and other than the lack of a way to disable touch controls completely (BOSE add this!!) These are among the best out there with hands down the best ANC!

These headphones provide a good quality sound. I like them a lot.

I love this buds, Bose has one if not my only favorite brand, the sound quality is excellent, it worth spending a little more money, you’ll get better sound and much better quality for your money in the long term

These are the most comfortable ear buds I have ever had. Apparently I have pretty small ears, so most ear buds make my ears really sore within a few minutes. I can wear these for hours and have no issues. 10/10 absolutely recommend these!

Worked well for a month. Then began connectivity issues. This is the second time. In as many months. Support is complicated. Does not work well with Apple. You have to forget device then connect again. The second time nothing seems to work. Not worth over 200 dollars. When it does work sound is great.
