We could not find a better bang for our buck than this product. Its very responsiveness and nice battery life help us manage our daily business operations.

I was on the road and needed something with which to write a paper. This little guy was perfect for the job. Though it’s not able to run the installable Microsoft Office Suite, it does just fine with the web-based Microsoft 365. The format lacks some of the simplicity of the installed version, but that’s an issue with software, not the machine it runs on. If you need a notebook and don’t mind that it has to be tethered to the internet, you’ll be quite happy with this one.

I use this only to write documents. The picture quality isn’t that good, but it serves it purpose. I have no had any problems so far.

Very functional for those that want to do some light work at home and stream sports/ movies. Battery life is great and strong enough that it doesn’t struggle.

Love my Chromebook...even though it's used mainly to play games, I am now using it for social media and emails. As a kupuna, love using it to play challenging games.

For a Chromebook, this laptop runs pretty fast and it is really good on battery life.

Lightweight, no touchscreen though. But quick and efficient.

GenX here, my first laptop. Thru the years I tried other laptops of friends & family decided they were not for me. I must keep a desktop for my work regardless. I also have Iphone & an Ipad. Needing "portable" full screen access to a supplier website that wasn't compatible with Ipad is why I chose this 14" HP Chromebook. And the "on sale" price was very good. It took 11 attempts to verify I was not a robot during setup, sending me back to start over from the beginning. Where you pick the squares that have a car, crosswalk ect was crazy small with 9 tiny squares in it. You've got a 14 inch screen but a tiny photo box to click on. So small you couldn't tell if that was a car in a parking lot or a trash can or, IS that a parking lot? even with my magnifying glass. I was unable to tab or arrow move to "choose another method". I could move to go back, submit, and all around the squares but not to try another method. It also had a timer on it, so that was a factor. I'm not sure if I could have used a mouse, but I do recommend to try plugging in a USB wireless mouse before you attempt set up. The resolution or clarity of the display is not great either, though it's about the same as my sister's 6+ year old laptop. Connecting to wifi, printer ect was easy. I have strong home wifi, and the laptop responds instantly. I've not traveled with it, I'm using it in our detached garage about 60ft from the router. I am using it with a Logitech M185 USB receiver mouse.

This is perfect for what I needed. The only issue I found for me personally was the gray keyboard. At 70, it is a little hard to see. It was easily solved by ordering a keyboard cover with black letters. Inexpensive and an easy fix. This Chromebook is fast and holds a charge for a long time. I love it and would highly recommend.

Cheap little Chromebook with everything my daughter needs. Just simple and the size she wants. This isn't going to win any prizes for a power PC to run massive rendering programs but it is a great little Chromebook for schoolwork and internet games (AmoungUs, etc). Only downside was that it was an older version of ChromeOS so it took a bit finagling to get it to connect to the wifi to update the first time. Once the OS updated to a recent enough patch everything has worked fine.
