So far i have no complaints at all. Its smooth. Very functional. Is snappy fast. Charging is beautiful as well. And, heres a plus, of you have any of the Pixel phones, your experience will becomme 100xs easier. I found it very excellent when running my school OS software too. This is perfect gift for those starting school back for ot can handle just about everything you throw at it.

I like the keyboard size, the beautiful clarity of the screen, long lasting battery and its fast charge. My previous HP was a 2015 purchase, Since it has been 8 years, I had to adjust to the updates. As a "retired" person I had to search for my options to personalize my computer. But I was able to refer back to my 2015 HP for information.

Would recommend it, very easy to use, perfect for the amount of work that I have to keep up with, I like that I can take it with me whenever I’m away from my work place, I also like not having to carry a mouse with me, everything is built in. I take it with me everywhere now. Enjoy. The setup was very easy, instructions were very easy to follow.

Buyer beware No SD card reader.

There is no sd card reader. Went to a store and checked the one on the floor, same sku number but no memory sd card reader like it shows online. I only buy through best buy for my electronics and ive never had an issue but im very upset. I kept it and had to buy a 29.99 sd card reader attachment. I still will shop with them but i will now call and verify if description is correct. I cant write about how well it preforms, as i just purchased it online but I hope it last. I did purchase 2 yr geek squad.
