Phone help is a mess, in person is best.

The geek squad was great in person, and they worked on it very quickly and fix the problem right away.

HP is a name brand with basic but decent features. As with any chromebook don't expect high end features, top end video or gaming but for use with basic daily uses this laptop works well.

I previously owned the Samsung chromebook, I like the hp one better. Happy with my purchase and I love that Best buy has the geek squad to hekp if needed.

It needs to have like a "word" app that you can type edit etc the one that is there is useless other than that it is pretty good. Battery is great

second laptop as better

I had to return it. Best Buy was amazing they exchanged it immediately. The second one is working great.
