No more junky fitbit products for me!

The battery got to the point where it wouldn't charge and eventually would not turn on at all. It just displays a red X now when you try and turn it on. Naturally it failed just outside of the warranty period so fitbit support is useless. This is the fourth or fifth fitbit I've bought and they typically last for about a year before something fails. Im done with fitbit and their junky products!

For example there is only one clock face available. Also there appears to issues with the screen waking up when the wrist is turned. Despite the setting being turned on, it does not do it; you must touch the screen to wake it.

Posted .Hi, Vm67. We're sorry to hear this, but thanks for your feedback. There should be different clock faces available for the Versa 4. To change the clock face, please make sure to follow: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm
As for the screen wake issue, please check if your Do Not Disturb or Sleep Mode settings are disabled as these features disable screen wake when in use. Steps here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2086.htm
