    Not intuitive.

It's not intuitive. For some reason, the fitbit app drains my phone battery because of constant syncing and I haven't figured out how to turn it off. Also, the app isn't available on my computer soI can only read results on my phone. I haven't manually added calories/food for the day because it's too cumbersome. I liked my old fitbit better with no charging needed.

Hey there, ringger. We’re sorry to hear you’ve had some issues with battery drain on your phone from constant syncing from your Inspire 3 — this seems highly unusual. Unfortunately, there is not a way to turn off automatic syncing. We’d be happy to investigate this concern and see what may be going on. This is a big step up from my last model. The screen is better and can display a lot more and the buttons on the side to wake the device are game changers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fitness tracker. This is similar to the Luxe but the Luxe doesn't have the side buttons. Battery life has been >10 days for me so far per charge which is great!

West LA Best Buy - Dishonest and rude Employees

    |

Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed.

Reluctantly visted the West LA store at the recommendation of one of their on-line "chat session" managers suggesting that I speak with a in-store manager to resolve a pricing issue. Seemed unreasonable that I'd need to visit the store when the pricing issue related to an attempted on-line purchase. I got to the store (11/26/24 p.m.) and asked to speak with the general manager. A younger female employee came up and asked what I needed - I asked if she was the General Store manager - and she stated she was. I found that hard to believe based on the way she was dressed and her abrupt attitude so I asked again if she were the General Store manager - and she again said yes. I explained the issue and that I was directed by an on-line chat support supervisor (by the name of Cess) to visit the store where he was confident the store manager would be able to resolve the issue. But after laying it all out, the self-proclaimed General Store Manager (Sandra) basically told me to pound sand. Details aren't important - the point being it was a waste of my time, and I don't like being lied to (direction provided by the chat support supervisor), and I don't need rudeness from a dishonest employee. As I turned to leave the store I asked another employee if she was in fact the General Store manager and he told me she was not - so I guess being lied to by multiple employees ( chat supervisor "Cess" and rude instore manager "Sandra") is what, common practice? I asked the male employee what the General Store managers name was and another near-by employee blurted out "we don't have to give you that information".... as though the manager's name is some kind of secret. Yet more rudeness. Employees at this location are disrespectful and indifferent to customers (you know, those annoying beings that are one of the only reasons they have an in-store job). So, guess we'll be taking our shopping dollars elsewhere. Suggested upcoming New Years resolution for the West LA Best Buy Associate Team (CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!!)
