It is not as strong in pick up as my last Shark upright but is easier to move. The hose from the removal dirt holder and the handheld part is also shorter and makes it harder to use with handheld part

The self cleaning brushroll seem to be working fine with long hair and the odor neutralize also seems to work fine so far I have only used it a few times.

Bought this vacuum as an upgrade to our old shark. The power difference is incredible! We have a German Shepherd and this vacuum does the trick! Amazing!

Steering takes a moment to get used to while its cleaning functionality is the best I've ever had in a vacuum. Picks up so much more than the prior vacuum did. Odor Neutralizer leaves the room smelling nice.

Great vacuum, awsome suction,comparable to my 15 gallon shop vac.the anti hair roller won't wrap up with hair. That's a problem i have with three woman with long hair at my house

So initially I was very happy with this vacuum and its performance. It had great suction and maneuverability and did very well with the pet hair and high usage of the household. However I have to give it zero stars because the dog chewed the cord and turned an otherwise good vacuum into a paperweight. I thought I could just replace the cord especially being an electronically inclined person but this vacuum, and I assume all other shark products, are so intensely and intentionally designed to be as un-user serviceable as possible. Something as simple as a power cord should not render the entire thing useless but it did. Attempting to take it apart broke many of the plastic clips that held it together and once disassembled it was not possible to re assemble it. Not even to mention that they do not sell replacement parts so I had to get a cord secondhand off a broken unit. I will never buy another shark product again. All I was left with at the end of the day was a $500 piece of trash. Got a whopping 2 months of use.
