I bought this iPad Pro Gen 2 (Geek Squad Certified Refurbished) for $399. If I bought a new one with the M2 chip, the cheapest I could get it for was $699 (retail $799). This one is just as fast (A12Z Bionic processor), same four speaker set-up, USB-C charging, Pro-Motion display with 600 nits of brightness, etc etc etc. It's every bit as fast as a brand new one for half the price. Unless you're using your iPad Pro for heavy video editing, buying an M1 or M2 chip version is a waste of money. Super happy! It came in a regular cardboard box, and had a generic charger...but honestly I'm okay with that being refurbished. I put an Otterbox Defender case on it to protect it...couldn't be happier for $399....thank you BestBuy!

I got this refurbished iPad and was really disappointed. It came badly packaged, and filled with dust, stickers, and a few scratches. I had to return it and they told me, that refurbished items usually come like that bc they are used. But I was under the impression that refurbished meant restored, not the exact same product someone else dropped with them. The iPad worked properly but I was really disappointed so I had to return it. If you don't mind the scratches, go for it.

This ipad was not what I expected it to be, despite it being a refurbished. Its seems as if its a new ipad. It has no defects or any problems with it and the battery health is at 100%.

I purchased this product i was a bit hesitant since it was a Geek Squad Refurb since I've read reviews of others having not so good luck. When I got this and opened the package i was surprised to see the condition of the iPad was Excellent no scratches on the frame or screen. Everything worked as if it was brand new out of the box. I do like the 7ft INSIGNIA cable it would have been nice to receive the official apple power adapter but got a INSIGNIA power adapter instead.

Great condition. If you need an iPad Pro but don’t want to pay the iPad Pro price tag this is a great option. Runs really well and cannot tell it was refurbished if it had not come just wrapped in bubble wrap. A great deal and battery life is still very good.

Overall it was a good purchase on my end. It does not come with original box or charger but it works as expected.

I must say that shopping at Best Buy has been very good. I bought the iPad at a very good price and with flexible payments. I'm very satisfied.

This IPad has been a lifesaver! For this great of price you’d be crazy not to buy it!

This ipad works great, I use it all the time for school. I've had it for almost a year now and it hasn't giving me any problems.

Good in performance! But many symbols of scratches both on screen and body. Also includes some dents.

Even it's open box bit beautiful like new I really liked it.

Bought it for GF she absolutely loved it I have been receiving really good rewards from her back like omg I am enjoying it . I recommend comes with out box though
