All worked well as expected… after a few days I noticed some blueish lightning on the screen in spots when really dark. I took it back to the store and another iPad Pro was ordered with no problems. Awesome experience

Like everyone else i was skeptical about my purchase, since it wasn’t from apple. But upon delievry of the ipad, it cane in pretty good cosmetic condition. There were 2 scratches on the screen with no other blemishes around the body. I put a screen protector on right away and the scratches are almost non exsistent. The biggest complaint i have is the battery health, it came in at 90%. Ill have to get a new battery somehwere down the line. But not a huge deal i suppose. Overall im happy with the purchase and im glad i took the chance on it.

I am so excited with my new purchase! The price was great and perfect condition. My only complaint was the scu sticker on the back wouldn’t come all the way off. Otherwise 5 stars!

I was a little hesitant at first as 'refurbished' usually gets a bad name. I decided to give it a try, and could always use the return policy if i didn't like it. - I purchased this online, and had it shipped to my local store. - I received notice that it was ready for pickup a day earlier than what I was told (which was nice as it was on a Friday). - Upon inspection, the only imperfection I noticed was a small blemish on the lower left corner of the screen next to the bezel. This is not noticeable while using. The housing, and cameras were all scratch free. - Using Battery Stats, Battery health capacity was at 95% - Original box/charger were not included, but it did come with an Insignia 30W USB-C Compact Wall Charger, and Insignia 7ft USB-C Cable which is perfect. Overall, I am extremely satisfied, and will no longer think twice about purchasing refurbished from Best Buy!

Very pleased! As another person shared, had I not known I wouldn’t be able to tell it was refurbished. I have not had a single problem and it arrived in great condition.

Got this as a replacement for my iPad Pro 2018 after shattering the screen. Even though it’s renewed it looks brand new. The M1 chip is definitely quite the upgrade!

The iPad arrived on time. It had several scratches on the screen. Since it was Geek Squad Certified Refurbished, I thought it would be in considerably better condition - at least screen would be in good condition. Since it was in such terrible condition, I returned it. This is an official Geek Squad® Certified Refurbished Product. Checklist Display and casing are inspected to be in like-new condition I guess that item was missed on this iPad.

I recently purchased a certified refurbished iPad, expecting it to be in excellent condition as advertised. However, I was extremely disappointed when it arrived with significant damage. The screen had deep scratches, and the body showed visible dents and scuffs. For a product labeled as "certified," I expected a much higher standard. It’s frustrating to receive a device that is clearly not up to the mark, especially when paying a premium for what should have been a reliable and well-inspected product. I would urge potential buyers to be cautious and to thoroughly check their items upon receipt. This experience has certainly made me hesitant to purchase refurbished products from here.

It works great and looks good but there is a dent/scratch on the top corner. It doesn’t bother me much though.

It was great to be able to buy a product I had been waiting for for a long time at a good price!! Of course, I was a little disappointed at first because there were several scratches, but after using it, it didn't bother me too much, so I'm glad I did!

I haven’t try how it works yet but the ipad is damaged. The charger is not original as well. It looks like used ipad than refurbished I expected.

I am beyond grateful to get this affordable refurbished ipad. This is the most affordable in the market and I am confident because it is certified by BEST BUY.

I gave my Wife my 2018 11’ iPad Pro and sold her 6th iPad. So I have been shopping around for a decently priced iPad 12.9 inch Pro. I came across this model on Best Buy online but it kept going out of stock. I was finally able to purchase one right before it was unavailable again. It doesn’t come with a box but at $699 I couldn’t pass it up. It looks brand new and I’m absolutely enjoying it. Definitely didn’t need a brand new one or the newer model.

I ordered a fifth generation, iPad Pro, 256 gig. I received a fourth generation pro one terabyte storage. It was in excellent condition. The battery was behaving oddly. It would drop 5% or so just sitting there for an hour not using it. it seemed to stabilize after using it for a few days. I felt the battery did not last as long as I thought it would with the amount of use that I had with it. Shipping was great. I ended up returning it for fear of the battery condition.

My iPad stopped charging, so I needed to get a replacement quick as I would only be in the States for a few days. Ordered this one online and it promised two day delivery and got to me before the proposed day. iPad itself is just as if new. 100% recommend Geek Squad refurbished!

works great. had two areas of scratches on screen. charger does not work well with ipad. ipad is good though.
