    The ítem is in a good condition the only detalles is that are stuck a lot of hair around the screen and in the edges, too difficult to remove them.

    My IPad is amazing! Can’t seem to put it down. It also came with a bunch of freebies too! Apple Music, Apple +, and Apple Arcade!!!

    I ordered the Generation 9 64 GB and received a Generation 7 32 GB.

    Received the device just as I ordered. Bought for my dad in order to upgrade his decades old tablet with a broken screen. Everything works as promised and he’s enjoying!

    The reason I am only giving two stars for these purchases has no relation to the apple products but has everything to do with Best Buy’s customer service. This product was ordered on line for my wife’s sister who resides in Florida, my wife and I reside in South Carolina. The Best Buy rep I spoke with on the phone helped me complete the purchase. I informed her this was a gift that would be sent to the Best Buy in lady lake Florida where my sister in law would pick it up. The rep on the phone said no problem and took all of my sister in laws information. When the product reached the store in lady lake Florida I received an email telling me it was ready for pick up. I called the store to let them know that my sister in law would pick it up. The store rep informed me that I had to pick it up because my name was on the receipt also that the cover I had ordered for the iPad was not received. It two weeks of frustrating phone calls before my sister in law was allowed to pick up the device because of dare I say incompetent customer service. I for one will never use Best Buy again!

    The IPad is great so far! 4 stars bc they sent the wrong charging cable and I don’t like that they won’t mail me the correct one and told me to go to the store for it
