I received this Ipad as it was described. However, I then found out that it was refurbished with a 32GB memory instead of the 64GB. BestBuy refused to make the correction, as they only looked at what was shipped, and did not want to verify serial numbers and the product. Nice Job Best Buy!!!

I ordered a 9th generation iPad and was sent a 10 year old first generation iPad Air. I went online to see how to exchange and was sent to my local best buy store. They were super not helpful and told me I had to call the customer service line. I called customer service and was told I needed to go to my local store. After going round and round, I finally got a return label to return the very old iPad. I did get a refund but with zero attempt to resolve the issue with a replacement. I ended up buying direct from Apple like I should have done in the first place. I will never purchase anything from Bust Buy ever again.

The unit had problems with changing and power button. I understand you take a risk when you buy refurbished but I don’t think it was checked throughly. I had to spend more on a new one which was the reason t bought that one for secondary use.

I’m not sure if they’re refurbished with genuine apple parts. I bought an expensive protective case and the screen was cracked within 3 days. We have another we bought directly from Apple and are very happy with the quality of that one. I would not recommend the refurbished iPads. Also, the charger that came with it is in pieces.

iPad won't charge. I spent a few minutes trying to figure out why. Turns out the USB-C to Lightning cable they sent is defective. I called their customer service. They refuse to make it right and send me a working cable. My only option is to return it and hope I get one that works next time all the while my daughter is without an iPad for a week while we deal with shipping back and forth. Seems super simple to have determined it had a bad cable to begin with, but instead they just ship it out without a care. Geek Squad certification means nothing. I won't ever again buy refurbished from Best Buy and the way their customer service rep just treated me, I don't think I'll be buying anything else from Best Buy.

I ordered the 64GB from this company and received 32gb. Which by the way isn’t a purchase option. Contact customer support and was told this never happens and they will send a replacement. I want 5 days for the replacement only for it to be another 32gb. Now since it’s already been replaced they can only offer a refund after they have received the items back. Then it will take 7-10 bus after it they receive item back… SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. Also refuse to put a supervisor on the line or email me confirmation that I will get a refund.

It was listed as 128 and came to be 64. Some kind of way it was switched.
