It runs on android and you can only play when connected to WiFi. The storage for a handheld is poor and the screen resolution is as well. If your into cloud gaming it’s perfect but if you’re looking for a fun gaming experience on the go look elsewhere.

I rarely use the device in hand while it’s plugged in as to not add stress to the port. One day I picked up the device while it was connected to my XR glasses and noticed static. I contacted support and they said video out is an experimental feature and not supported. Fair enough. I then decided to see if charging while moving the device would cause it to cut out. Sure enough, intermittent charging cutouts. Support informed me that even though it’s under warranty, the USB port is not covered because it can be damaged by normal wear and tear. So, while I loved the device, they are not durable.

Not impressed with best bye at all

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I baught my daughter from Best Buy and tried to bye another one for me through best bye and it wouldn’t let me purchase another one of the same system for some reason I even called customer service and they didn’t no what was going on either I tried submitting my card over the phone to them and that didn’t work and I wanted to bye both at the same place but unfortunately it wouldn’t allow me to so I had to bye it elsewhere and ended up paying more for mine needless to say I will not shop here again because of this reason not impressed
