New user to Apple. Have not setup computer as I cannot get pass the User setup page. Customer service/support has not helped. I have only been sent in circles to do the same thing over and over which ends in an error. I don't know what to do as I would love to transition to Apple but so far I have been unsuccessful to even create an account and get help from a human.

I bought this for a great price but it didn’t last i had to go exchanged it for a newer one

So slow! Need to figure out how to upgrade as I need many tabs open.

When first receiving this laptop, I thought nothing of it. It had an issue registering some keys twice or not at all, but I thought nothing of it. It was stupid of me to ignore it, the problem got exponentially worse within a month. A MONTH for the issue to get exponentially worse and register the laptop unusable. The laptop has no other issues and the one issue it has makes it virtually impossible to use for anything outside of browsing and viewing. Especially since the issue specifically flared up past the return date, I essentially got scammed out of my money for a laptop which barely means the bare minimum. Do not spend your money on this hunk of garbage. Note: This review took around 20 minutes to write on the same laptop that I described as having the issues. I've had to rewrite every other word. Absolutely perfect! You would never know it was refurbished.

Do not buy a refurbished item from Best BUy. They give you 15-16 days to return an item. And then when you try and return it after the time period, they refuse to give you a refund. How do you always know after 15 days if it is working right? They say it is gone thru thoroughly by the geeck squad, well let me tell you that is a bunch of bull. They sold us a defective item and did not want to make good on it. The San Marcos Mgr. Ann is lousy and very rude and their corp office which is based in the Philippines is even worse.they won’t help you at all. Because they don’t understand what you are saying. So spend the money and get a new one or go somewhere else and buy it.
