    Three stars. It's a very basic printer--better quality than my cheap flimsy Pixma at similar price point. I think I threw the Pixma in the trash -- why donate it and give someone the misery? Anyway, fed up with the Pixma bc the ink cartriges are impossible to find and expensive--I went to the store to compare inkjet printers under $100 and narrowed it down based on price of replacement ink cartridges. It's $19 to replace so I chose this one. The ISSUE is that the black ink cartridge needed to be replaced within a week of use. All the printer companies get us somehow.

    This printer is a decent price and easy to setup and use. Transferring data from my older computer was an easy, straightforward task. The wait time for help is good. Decent value for the money.

    In the past I've always like epson but this time I'm a little disappointed. Printer was easy to set up and connect to devices but after all was set up, it look as though the cyan is not not coming through. tried resetting, cleaning, realigning, and nothing make it come through. Unfortunately I bought the printer over a month ago and just now set it up so my return is out of the window for Best Buy which also sucks.
