    I have purchased several items at Best Buy and service is always timely and efficient. I returned this printer because after spending many hours attempting to download the app, I finally gave up in desperation. There is no phone number with Epson to call for technical assistance and the instructions were too sophisticated for an old woman. I will not make another EPSON purchase but I will continue to shop at Best Buy. I cannot speak to the quality of the printer as I could never get it connected.

    Good basic all around printer. Like it cause one of the few cheap printers that uses separate color ink cartridges. Was just a bit confusing to setup with the wifi.
