    the printer is fine the Epson app is not, the first app they said to download did not support this printer..I couldn't get the second Epson app to work either but a third party app did it.

    Not enough print setttings on machine itself for example i was wanting to print address on envelope could not find a setting if you do not have printing software be prepared to buy app

    It not only runs out of ink quickly, you waste half of it trying to get the nozzles working and it also won’t print in black and white if a color cartridge is out. Ridiculous.

    I would have given this wireless printer a higher rating except the scanner comes up with an error message. I wrote the help desk of the problem and code. No one got back to me.

    THE WORST PRINTER TO BUY, ITS VERY CHEAP BUT THE INK IS SO EXPENSIVE AND DOESNT LAST , I JUST BOUGHT ANOTHER PRINTER AND I PAID MORE BUT BETTER QUALITY AND THE INK LAST A LOT MORE AND IS CHEAPPER

    Used up black ink less than month and 20 pages. Called tech they said initial is that way they did finally agree send out a new ink cartridge
