    This was a replacement of an old HP printer that gave me great service. The new printer was easy to set up. I also found an HP video that guided me through the set up process. After one week, the printer works perfectly. I have always been a big fan of HP printers and they have never let me down.

    BEST BUY HAS EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRINTER IS SIMPLY WAY TOO SLOW FOR ANY BUSINESS.
