    Got what I paid for. I should have exchanged for a better model. But I didn’t open and install for months after purchase. I thought it would work for my needs. Does not print a usable sheet. Missing letters, poor quality. Scan worked. I need to take time to call to see if Geeks have any tips to improve.

    Great price. The flyer that comes in the box says 3 months of free ink, but once you log into the "smart hp" app or website, it gives you 9 months free instead! Great surprise! This printer prints fast and is of good quality. Colors are crisp. Fast and free delivery through BestBuy as well.

    Bought this on sale as a gift for my daughter in law who is a dynamic mom who also homeschools my two grandsons. My son also works from home and can use it. They were all thrilled. And it’s covered for two years by my Total tech membership which also gives me unlimited Geek Squad services. Loving Best Buy for great deals and service!

    If I could give this printer a negative rating, I would. Over its entire lifespan, it has printed fewer than 100 pages. Almost every time I needed to use it, it malfunctioned. I was repeatedly prompted to subscribe to Instant Ink, which I eventually did — but even then, I was only able to print a handful of pages before the same issues returned. HP’s tech support was equally frustrating and provided no meaningful help. Between the unreliable printer and the poor support, this has been a completely disappointing experience. I will never purchase another HP printer again.
