    I was skeptical about purchasing the printer. I just wanted to do the basic functions such as printing and scanning. So far it’s been good. It took me some time to install but other than that, I haven’t had any other issues with the printer

    Got it on sale setup was easy with the HP app except for the app having trouble recognizing the printer. After trying several different ways finally got it to work. Brought me back to the days working wih Windows 98 trying to get stuff to work.

    Had difficulty seting up unit, intial ink supply did not last very long. Very awkward to use, must manually reverse paper if printing on both sides. For the pice, don't expect a lot.

    Printer works great on wi-fi and makes copies very quickly, it doesnt work with my old hp desktop computer, says it need a disk to install drivers .

    It worked fine until I stopped paying the monthly fee to HP. They were able to log in and control it. I only know it’s them because as soon as I paid the monthly fee again it began working, so I called they charge a monthly fee for ink that they only send every three to six months not every month all though they charge you. Would not recommend this printer

    It was on sale and I needed a printer. It's efficient, but the paper feed is a bit finicky. The flashing light for paper comes up quite a bit. The black ink on text only prints can sometimes be a bit on the light side. It tends to eat up the color cartridges very quickly. Overall it's good printer to print a few copies in a pinch, but not for heavy-duty print jobs. I would have been very unhappy if I'd paid full price for this printer.
