I love it easy to install and add to my existing network by bluetoo

This wireless printer is so convient and was so easy for me to set up and use. The colors are so Vibrant!!! Especially for the price this is a great printer and a great buy.

Works and prints well. Unfortunately keeps disconnecting from the wifi intermittently and I have to unplug and reboot each time to reconnect. I tried to connect via cable but it does not like that. In fact the USB on the back says do not connect with cable! Bought it for my old parents. They have to keep asking for me to help them with it.

took some tinkering to get clear photo while printing from photoshop or illustrator - ran through a whole color cartridge in 8 pages while doing so smh... i dont like waiting for ink neither , it should be sent when asked . may be great for the basic user not for a frequent user or start up business... connecting to the web is always a pain for me when and if it disconnects

good for simple copying. the wifi works without an argument as long as you set it up correctly.

I bought one for a back up for me because I do a lot of printing and I bought one for my sister n law a birthday present. This is the brand I always buy. It's the best .

Product that I bought is being returned due to the manufacture based on it does not mean to security levels or the 5G requirements to be able to function as of today it's been since February first that this transaction was showing an infraction is taking us to August 21st to finally get a a possible refund as well as the one in one service prescription plan refunded since February we will see what the outcome I strongly suggest you check the capability of its security values and I really do like an HP product but at this time this specific printer does not meet requirements let alone be functionable as a service after a $300 investment to use this product not only through my internet service being changed to another service because they were saying that was the issue as well as the time that is taking me to invest with the issues were and spending two and a half hours on a phone with them to finally figure out that we were correct including a check and balance system again with the internet system that I use which is Armstrong met all the requirements that were needed it shows that it will receive a Wi-Fi signal but does not connect to the internet because Microsoft says that it's application of device does not meet a security levels so does Norton and also 360 in regards to how it's being secured as well as Microsoft security system as well at this time this HP printer is a failure to its own self hopefully I receive my money back

Printer is good quality for the price. Uses ink fast but prints good quality.

I liked this bluetooth printer. Very light, not heavy at all. It was easy to set up. It comes with free refills of ink for a certain amount of time which is really cool. Its very compact, so fits perfectly in any area. 10/10 Highly recommend.
