    I went shopping for ink for my other HP printer. Couldn’t find it but needed to print immediately so I bought this. It’s not a horrible printer. I got 6months of free hp instaink and I haven’t used my nicer printer again side. It’s somewhat loud, and sometimes it says it can’t print. If I send it a second time, it works most of the time. If you need an all in one that isn’t fancy, I highly recommend this one.

    Hate having to setup online with app. Very tedious and challenging. My info light won't go out even though it has printed the instructions numerous times. And according to troubleshooting posts I'm not alone so there's obviously a flaw causing the light to stay on. The printer works great. If not for the hassle I would have given it 5 stars

    This printer was easy to setup but it said low ink and I bought ink and it still didn’t work. It would print when it wanted to and then show error messages.

    It worked fine the first few months, limited printing. Now it will randomly work, but more often it will not print. It doesn't matter if I connect from my phone or laptop. I'll disconnect the power, sometimes that works. I can always hit the "i" and get a useless information page printed, why that works fine and nothing else? It's beyond me. Eventually, I might be able to get something to print but suddenly the ink doesn't appear. It's awfully frustrating.
