Bought printers for my adult children’s Christmas gifts, they absolutely love them

Can't beat it for the price ($99 on sale). Print quality is excellent, but setup wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. Fortunately, a chat session with HP Support did solve the problem.

This printer and every HP PRINTER is garbage. I just spent an hour and several pages of paper to print a FedEx label. The printer is flashing on and off and says it's busy!! Guess what it won't be busy in the garbage can because that's where I am putting it! Barely used and against my better judgement I bought it. I have had problems with every HP printer I have had . I'm going back to my simple Canon printer. It works great but not best for photo printing so I risked it once again thinking HP maybe started making quality printers NOOO THEY DIDN'T!

I bought this printer online and I first received an obviously used printer that was defective. The box was taped close with a flimsy paper tape and all the accessories packaging and printer protective film were removed. When I first plugged in the printer it almost all the buttons flashed orange light, so it was not possible to setup the WiFi. Why did Best Buy send an opened item when I bought it as new?? When I contacted the online Geek Squad agent, he ignored everything I wrote in the message box and recommended me to schedule an In-home consultation!?? And when I asked about how can I get the Wifi setup to work he gave a solution that is completely unrelated to this printer model... I decided to exchange the item at Best Buy in person and the person at the cash register was courteous and efficient. Finally setting up the new exchanged printer was a breeze, but I was not able to print with AirPrint nor Adobe Acrobat. Only printing from a chrome Adobe plugin was possible, but hey at least I can print something with this cheap printer. It was such a waste of time and a disappointing experience.

This is the worst printer I have owned in my life. Please read the negative reviews, they are there for a reason, the printer goes offline and then it will take you an hour to reconnect it to the app, that if it does. You end up resetting the printer and it still will not connect. Do not buy, spend a few more bucks and buy one that will actually work and help you.

my daughter set it up she did have a little confusion with the ink but it was cause she didnt turn it on before trying to put them in lol read the instructions throughly!! Prints smoothly and the app isnt all that complicated we havent figured our double sided printing though.

I love my new printer. I like to print photos and the clarity is perfect.

It's the ink subscription that did me in. The lowest tier only allows you to print ten pages. A month. Before it forces you to upgrade to another tier. And then if you don't print, the ink dries up and becomes unusable in the machine anyway. I only got about a month's use out of it before I stopped using it. I just bought a non-subscription laser printer to replace it. It's a loss but I DON'T CARE.

It works for me because I don't use it very offend. But if I was working it will be a little cumbersome. Again it works for me and the cost was very good.

Not a fan of this printer, although I have kept it only because the return time has lapsed. It is Bluetooth enabled and has significant lag time in responding to printing...when it does finally decide to print. The app constantly says searching for printer as I'm literally sitting right next to it. It took me almost 2 days to figure out and finally set the thing up. It's more of a hassle to me than worth it. I've used it twice! Regret not returning it.

This printer does not do double-sided as claimed, it is extremely slow, and I am having trouble scanning, but it may work if I investigate further. I wish I'd spent my money on something better.

Great to have a working printer again. My HP - DeskJet 2734e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer is an excellent printer and was very reasonably priced. I recommend this printer to anyone who needs a DeskJet printer at a very good price. Thank you Best Buy!
