This printer was a pain from the get go. I should have returned it immediately. It just wouldn't print one copy. And there was no way to remove a line of undelivered copies. I thought that this printer would be simple to use just to make a copy.

I've always had HP printers and most of them didn't give me a lot of problems but in the last few years I've noticed they've gotten worse I just needed a cheap printer to print stupid documents once or twice a year I bought this printer and almost immediately it started spitting all the paper out for no apparent reason it's still printed but it was very light even though it was new ink I couldn't recommend it at all I ended up sending it back I guess I'll try a different brand next time

I'm not sure how HP can design and sell a printer that doesn't print, but they sure have hit the mark with that one. I think I've been able to print 10 pages successfully since I purchased this printer. Not counting test pages.

The absolute, hands down worst printer in AMERICAN HISTORY. Looks like the low price point has a lot to do with proper operation of this machine. Too late to return. HP has not been of service because it is way too hard to reach them to speak with someone for assistance.

Very good printer/scanner for the price I paid. I don't use a printer a lot but this one is a smart printer which will signal a need that the ink is low and a new supply will be sent if you sign up for that.

Difficulty setting up to WiFi; trying to work with web site for this product and have yet to succeed.

need HP SMART in order to use the DeskJet 2700e printer

You get what you pay for. This printer is inexpensive, and so unsurprisingly, it's not the best. It does get the job done... most of the time.

It was a very easy and cheap printer unitl it stopped working

In April I purchased a new HP printer. Loved it. It was smaller. Loved it until recently when I had to scan my license etc. I couldn't because there is no glass top. Bought this on Black Friday.

Works good, Original ink just use for short time..

Only purchased because it was onsale and cheaper than new ink cartridges for my current printer. App and printer did not agree with each other during setup. When finally setup printer would not print any more than 3 pages at a time. Trying to print more would cause an error. The error is allegedly supposed to show up in the app but did not. Still no clue why it would not print more than 3 pages. I should not have to jump through hoops to setup a printer. I will never purchase a HP printer again.

The printer is great it works just like advertised, however one missed payment in the monthly ink and all cartridges become unusable.

Due to not having a strong enough wireless connection I wasn’t able to use or connect this printer. It’s useless to me. I wanted to return it but apparently I only had 15 days, unless I pay for Best Buy plus. Ultimately this is why this product gets 2 stars. I now have a printer I can’t even use and can’t return taking up space in my apartment.

Good value. OK for limited use. Would not recommend in an office setting, i.e. shingle feed, no auto double sided printing. .

Instant ink killed this printer and I cannot get it back running even with the setup cartridges that came with it after cancelling instant ink, not worth the hassle.

Printer comes with HP plan which goes up In cost every month. You cannot use printer if you don’t continue their plan. Rather corrupt! I’ve had MANY HP printers and a laptop. I am done with HP!
