  • Orange Light of Death - ZERO support from HP

    Bought in Jan '24 and it died Sept of '24. The orange light of death is infamous with this model and so is HP's turning their back on owners. While it worked, it was a pain in the rear to use so printer death actually freed me from the tortures of using this thing. My daughter's college roommate bought the same model at the same time and hers too died within a week of this one. What was more frustrating was the lack of response from HP. No more HP at all for me.

    Not a fan of the free ink promotion. I printed three pages in the first month and received a free ink cartridge. If I don't use it now, and cancel my ink subscription, they remotely stop me from using the cartridge. I'm cancelling the ink subscription and I'll just buy it when I need it. Other than it, it's fine.

    If you really need too much printing then buy otherwise after 3 months I cancelled my subscription as I didn’t need a single cartridge. It stopped working, it’s waste of money for me now

    Used ONE TIME and already isn’t working!!! This item was purchased only 9 months ago, and HP has already “discontinued” it…. Just like my other 3 non-working HP printers.

    It worked okay for the most part, initially. Then I had to get a new router due to my old one not picking up signal, now I can't connect to my new router. I spent over an hour as well as virtual assistance and still can't connect. Probably will have to buy a new printer now

    Very small light and very well printing. Everything I need fit my stores office. Quick crisp printing, efficient with wifi printing from phone. Love it

    The I had to return the printer. Complex setup, app wouldn’t recognize the printer. Keep throwing error message while configuring WiFi.
