    Very glitchy, had to reset it 4 times before returning it due to disconnecting from phones and computers. Thought it would be good enough to print a paper or two for the price, it is an issue with the connection problems.

    The printer itself is good. The problem is its designed for instant ink purchase. You must set it up wireless for instant ink to track the printing. When the printer gives a cartridges' low status, it doesn't tell you which cartridge. Big problem.

    This printer worked about 5 times and is now in the garbage because it was past the return window. It can’t grab a piece of paper without getting stuck, if it finally gets paper, it grabs a whole stack of them instead of one sheet. Now it’s printing blank and making noises. It’s cheap, and cheap is what you’ll get. This is equivalent to a disposable camera, use it once and done!

    Worst printer ever. YOU get what you pay for. This printer has never been able to print a shipping label that has high enough quality to be read by UPS, FEDEX or USPS. HP will also try to suck you into their printer ink program which is a SCAM unless you're printing high volume. I want to do an "office space" on this printer.

    Worst customer support. The warranty check website never works and impossible to get through HP support. My printer broke down within 10 months and still under warranty. ‘Warranty’ is useless if one can’t actually use it

    Long time to set up with WiFi, not connecting periodically will dropped connection, confusion to push which bottom to hold and how long, need bigger instructions to locate the cartridge properly insert, paper doesn't adjust the proper settings when inserting... take printer back for another.
