Great product. Prints nicely with no smearing or fading. A little louder than I hoped but quality makes up for it.

When the printer works, it does its job. Setup took forever, required multiple calls taking a couple of hours. CSR's kept insisting the problem was with my home network which turned out not to be the case. Printer is very "klugey". When I print multiple copies of a document on two sides, the output is re-ordered incorrectly about half the time. When printing double-sided jobs, the browser is "frozen" until you are able to flip the pages and continue with the back sides. I now only print one copy at a time to avoid potential time, paper and ink wastage, which is considerable due to the high error rate. The free printer is just a gambit to get you into an expensive ink and paper purchase plan. This is not a printer to be used for business volumes.

they claim it would work with windows7. spent 45 min. with a man from hp would work.

this little printer gets job done I had older version of this printer no issues if you only print and copy only this printer is for u the instant ink Service is great but fyi if u cancel instant ink you won't be able use recycle envelope anymore to recycle the store ink witch I think that is stupid now if we need recycle our old ink its going have to go in our recycle can disappoint about that

Not enough ink. And hp ink is not convenient enough.

Printer is really slow. Cannot get it to printer direct from phone or iPad Have to print through HP app which literally takes forever. If I could have returned it, I would have. Tried HP support twice and they couldn’t help. Don’t recommend this printer

I wanted a printer, not a relationship. The number emails I receive as a result of being in the instant ink program is beyond annoying. It’s like big brother looking over your shoulder. They even threaten that if you leave the program, the instant ink cartridges in your printer will stop working. Also, if you turn off the WiFi, the printer will not work. Cheap is definitely not better. I will be purchasing a different brand of printer and throwing the HP away.

Terrible! I attempted to set up this printer. I consider myself pretty handy and able to problem solve issues. The i icon on the printer was lite giving an error code of ! which, according to the reference guide, indicates check the HP Smart software. Every diagnostic I ran stated that there were no errors, but the i icon was still lite and would not print. I finally called HP support. The person on the phone provided no attempt in trying to fix the issue. He told me to return the printer to Best Buy. That is what I will be doing, and never purchasing HP products again.
