I needed a basic printer and this fits the bill. It was easy to set up and works great. The instructions for set up walk you through the entire process. If the ink cartridge doesn’t pop in easily then check to see if you have it oriented the right way. You will hear it click once it goes in.

HP is always the go to for ease. Simple easy to understand comes with 6 month trial for the ink and paper for $5.99 is definitely worth it.

Printer quality if good, I have not printed photos to check color quality but color pdf's seems good. Installation was NOT easy. I have been using HP printers all my life (at least the last 40 years) and installation was always very straight forward. Now with the HPsmart it has made it very complicated. I call support (took approx 45 mins to install), thank goodness I'm retired. The printer came with free 6 months of ink and the support person gave me an extra 3 months for my trouble. NOTE, this is NOT 9 months of unlimited free ink, it is based on the play you selected (e.g., if you have 50 pages/mth plan, it is only free for 50 pages/month). This is very misleading, I consider it false advertising.

I am waiting on an updated computer but, this unit was able to be set up and usable with my daughter's 5G cell phone. I got one for her to use on days she works from home. It is working just as expected and she is very happy with it. So, this is 2 of these units I purchased.

On new computer. So I had to do something. For the money this so far has been a very good replacement. When I click print, the printer starts right up, unlike the old one which would click click click for about 20 seconds. HP already has sent me a new ink cartridge for when this trial size runs out. Been 6 weeks since purchase. Hope this printer lasts 6 years also. We will see.

I needed a simple printer for once and a while printing. It was so easy to connect to my computer and printing is effortless. even for me! Ink is affordable .

easy to setup and quite operation. mine came very well wrapped but confusing model number for some reason i thought it was a 2743e but it's a model 2700.

My wife had a hard time getting the printer to set up with router. It took several tries before it finally did. It works great now that it is connected. The prints are clear with no smudges.

I’ve had it for like around 6 months I think and it still prints great! It’s not the best quality like printer but it’s definitely worth its price.

I must say this is my great friend. The color of the printer is very beautiful. One thing I find is that choosing a reasonably priced printer like this one is OK. In my opinion, the image quality does not depend on the printer. But it depends on the type of paper you use. For me, the color of this printer printed on the paper matches 80-90% of the color we adjust on the computer.
