Printer works just fine. After long conversation with product specialist about joining ink print whatever was told they could not hook printer up because I had a virus on my computer that could be fixed for $199.00. End of conversation. Being told printer won't work with USB cord unless signed up for HP print whatever I decided to see for myself. Guess what it worked.

The best printer I’ve had in years. Easy to set up, the delivery was stress-free, love the black Friday price, Love the ink offer for three months, love that it only has two ink cartridges to purchase and not four individual cartridges like my last printer.

It is a nice printer but due to all the issues I had setting it up and with the customer service for HP, I can never give it 5 stars. The set up ink cartridges were empty so after multiple customer service attempts and buying cartridges even though I had the free ink subscription, I finally got it working. It’s been working fine ever since. The ink subscription is not for me at all, don’t like that it tells you how much you can print a month. I just want to print and scan without any hassle. The connection cord is also flimsy. If I move the printer too fast it will come right out.

The printer was a little challenging to set up at first, read the instructions carefully, my family has androids and iPhones, the printer connected with them, I have not tried to connect to a PC yet. The only problem I’m trying to solve is, sometimes the documents I’m printing get cut off, it doesn’t fit to the size of standard printer paper, I’m looking into a solution to this, it may just be a setting on my phone or printer I’ll give an update if I can when I figure it out.

Printing quality of the printer really good especially when we are printing photos and printer response time is also good with wifi

 Lightweight and very functional for home use.  we should have a keypad to plug in number of copies, rather than continuously, pushing the black or color button

This printer is worth a lot more than what I paid for it. Once I got it set up it performs better than my expectations. The only problem I had was with the set up and I had to call HP support and have them assist me which they were very gracious to do..

This printer is a snap to get up and running. Plug and play really. The print speed is why it lacks the fifth star. Reasonably priced however everyone knows its the ink.
