It is the best assistant as far as understanding voice commands. My problem is with the integration of some of my smart devices. I just realized that it doesn't work with ROKU in my region. In addition the integration with the air conditioner works.... sometimes

If your device set up uses the Alexa app, please check that you have the latest version of the app. 3. Restart your Echo device-Unplug it from power, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. 4. If none of these steps help or if you are having problems registering the device, reset your Echo device to clear up most issues. Seems to be working fine. Setup was mostly easy, though it did need an immediate firmware update to get it working as a repeater.

My one experience with Amazon tech “support” was horrible and I ended up figuring out how to solve the problem myself. Sound quality is a dud. And no, Alexa, I don’t want to subscribe to Amazon music so please stop asking.

Also like that it has a temperature sensor, so I can ask Alexa what is the temperature in the room. Sensor seems fairly accurate, although it tends to report slightly higher values than standalone sensors I use in same room).
