We are sorry you are unhappy with the warranty on this Acer Swift laptop. The reason for this is because it is a pre-owned product. Acer does offer a one year manufacturer's warranty for new Swift laptops from date of purchase. Pre-owned and refurbished products carry a 90-day warranty through the company PlanetROI.
