Good printer! Sharp images and love the ink tanks as opposed to cartridges. Not the fastest and it seems to do a lot of, “complaining” noises when I need something printed. But overall, a decent purchase.

Ithe orinter was very difficult to set up for wireless cability. Instructions were not very helpful. Otherwise im very satified

So thankful to have a tank printer and no longer have to deal with the stress of ink cartridges running dry or running out after onky a few pages. This has been a major stress relief!

I am very please with this product like the idea of not having cartridges to replace

Easy to setup. WiFi is easy to setup. I like you can print from the tablet

It prints when and if it feels like it. Sometimes, it says the printer needs to be installed. Other times, it collects the print jobs and says it is not connected. Then the next day it will decide to print every job from my laptop only. It completely stopped printing from my husband’s laptop 3 weeks ago. MOST of the time it prints from my smartphone. Double Sided Printing is a pain in the drain. If it decides to print, you must flip the paper over and hope you put it back in correctly. You also must hope it is in the mood to continue printing.

I did like it a lot, even though I returned it for a different HP Smart Tank with more “bells and whistles” on it.

This is without a doubt the most unreliable printer I have ever used. You need to download an app just to use with any Macbook or apple software. Even when I downloaded all of the required drivers the Printer still disconnects from every device in my household after each use. The printer makes a whining noise whenever it is on. I NEVER write reviews for products but this is truly the worst machine I have ever dealt with. This deserves 0 stars at best.

I have owned this fir 8 months with limited use becaue every time i go to use it i can not as its lost in the air and not recognized so i have i have to reset it to use it again , this has happened over 30times and HP is no help what sp ever in taking it back .

keeps shutting down and won't print, not a good printer don't let tech support talk you into one

HP does not include printer cords with their printers because, "they have gone wireless." Unfortunately, HP failed to properly develop its wireless functionality, and it doesn't work. Had to go buy a cord and will update if that works.

This printer gives me nothing but headaches. It has too many glitches with no manual to look up too when you want to fix it.

Tedious setup.. Prints very slow. Would not have purchased.
