    Excellent product for an excellent price just having to call to get something straightened out so my wife can connect it to Wi-Fi it doesn't want to connect to Wi-Fi for some reason so we're calling to get it fixed but other than that it copies great beautiful picture beautiful wording

    I had a little trouble with hookup. Needed customer service assistance. HP resolved the issue promptly. Great printer, also an option to sign up for free ink cartridges. Definitely worth the money.

    Outstanding printer and copier! Best Buy made the purchase simple, including disposition of my old printer/copier. The price was the best I could find anywhere and I most certainly did check. HP did an excellent job with their instruction manual, including very straightforward installation instructions - even I successfully installed it. Works beautifully! I could not be more pleased.

    This wireless printer has certainly been a life saver! It prints in color like a real life picture. I printed out a picture of my Grandson taken at an amusement park via a cell phone and it was so perfect and life like that I put it in a picture frame and no one knew the difference between this picture than one that had been taken by a professional photographer!
