I had a little trouble with hookup. Needed customer service assistance. HP resolved the issue promptly. Great printer, also an option to sign up for free ink cartridges. Definitely worth the money.

Outstanding printer and copier! Best Buy made the purchase simple, including disposition of my old printer/copier. The price was the best I could find anywhere and I most certainly did check. HP did an excellent job with their instruction manual, including very straightforward installation instructions - even I successfully installed it. Works beautifully! I could not be more pleased.

Print quality in paper handling is good. Easy to use. My biggest complaint is at the ink cartridges or too small and the printer wastes too much ink.Every time it starts up trying to clean the heads.

This wireless printer has certainly been a life saver! It prints in color like a real life picture. I printed out a picture of my Grandson taken at an amusement park via a cell phone and it was so perfect and life like that I put it in a picture frame and no one knew the difference between this picture than one that had been taken by a professional photographer!

Great printer. I like the print quality and other features. However, I have not been able to do automatic 2-sided printing.

Make sure you have some paper but you can delay the printing alignment without it. Overall easy setup and sending a fax was pretty easy as well - you’ll need to download a phone app to sync the printer/fax for the phone which will perform the fax instructions. First printing was a success!
