    Great printer but difficult to set up. The drivers needed for a windows PC are not automatically determined, so I had to go hunting for them, download an installer, then after several restarts the scanner finally worked. I expect plug & play in 2025, but the price & free instant ink for 6 months are a deal that I guess is worth the hassle.

    For the last six months I have had no problems with this printer it has been a work horse and with the instant ink we have never runout of ink.

    It’s OK but when I print from my iPad it sometimes makes 3 or 4 copies when I want one. What a waste of my ink and paper. I never had this happen with my old HP printer that was very similar to this one. 5/10 on set up. I easily went thru the steps, the printer produced a page that said congratulations, the process is complete. But printer would not print from my iPad. I got disconnected from customer service but went to set up wizard on screen the next day and put in my WiFi password to correct the problem.
