    The printer is decent enough, however I would NEVER use HP instantink service again. The service was slow, constant emails about making sure I’m using “instantink” (I was), never again.

    Product received in manufacture sealed box is actually not product ordered. Product actually is listed as 8010e and is a substitute for the 8015e per literature enclosed with item. In comparison to 8610 which was being replaced item is SLOW, CHEAP PLASTIC and very difficult to set up or simply add paper to paper tray because it is so fragile and flimsy. HP Ink for product cost as much as product, so I bought generic brand. Will use product until it runs out of ink and then will replace....if product even lasts that long

    This printer cost me $100. I thought I was getting a deal. However, I have spent double the cost of the printer in ink in 18 months. I only printed a few pages a month, most often in draft mode to save on ink. I would shut down the printer when I finished printing in the way recommended by the manufacturer's instruction. This did not help in any way to slow down the ink usage. I went to the large ink cartridges thinking they would last me longer. Nope! I watched my large magenta ink cartridge on my screen go from half full to 25% full just from the printer booting up. (And remember, I said I followed the manufacturer's instruction on how to shut down the printer to prevent this from happening.) I will never buy an HP printer again. I have switched back to Epson--and one that uses bottles instead of cartridges!
