    I’m gonna be brutally honest this is a good printer that has been limited by Microsofts need for profit. If you cancel the cartridge subscription, Microsoft will disable the printer until you re-subscribe.

    I simply love this brand and since I started shopping at Best Buy I see no reason to buy anywhere else HP printers are the only printers I will buy because they last my last printer I have had for more than 15 yrs.

    Printer work well never had problem with it. Slow but it get the job done. Few day ago I tried to print out a paper and all the light are blinking and there error code on the screen. Few second the printer just dead no power nothing. Tried unplug and plug the cable back nothing work. I only have it for 1 month.

    Bought for my MIL - it's okay for what it is, but she wouldn't take my advice and upgrade to a laser printer. The costs of cartridges is astounding - at least get an epson refillable ink printer - but unfortunately it was anothe HP :(

    This printer is very much not worth the money. Every time I try to print something, it takes about 15 minutes to get it funtional again. It does not help how cheap and thin the plastic is in its design. It's time to dump HP as a reliable printer manufacturer.

    After a few months.. No complaints. Signed up for the ink subscription to keep stocked. HP provides a return bag for your used cartridges to return.

    Takes four ink cartridges, and they cost quite a bit. Also takes a while for this printer to load up.Once you power it on

    Piece of crap. Just 6 months and the paper is jamming. Paper trays are cheap, and materials are cheaper than before. I used to have this same machine, and it was a workhorse for 3 years. This one is going back. So frustrating. Oh, and with Avery Labels, including postcards, forget it. I ended up feeding one sheet at a time and still failed.
