Not user friendly for an older person that is not tech savvy

Do NOT fall for the "free instant ink" scam! IT IS A SCAM! HP will fight you tooth and nail to NOT honor it! I fought with them and got the free ink they promised but when they arrive, they will NOT work! The printer will literally block you from using the instant ink cartridge even after you've signed up for instant ink! Been on the phone with HP for almost an hour and THEY can't figure it out even after logging into my computer and controlling it themselves!! They still can't fix it! DISCLAIMER! Its NOT Best Buy's fault.

This printer was very easy to set up wireless. Overall i am very satisfied with my purchase.

this printer is very poor quality. I expected more from HP. Stopped printing after about 5 pages and only two weeks. I don't print very often so one time it printed and the next it didn't. Best Buy support was completely un helpful. I couldn't even speak with someone to find out if Could bring it in to the store. Seriously considering dropping my Total membership, and never doing business with this company again. Very Disappointing this used to be the best place to shop.

Wasn't a huge fan of this printer. Hard to connect wirelessly

This printer was a great buy. I am enjoying the free trials of ink and paper that accompanied the purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing.

Printer isn't as user friendly as other printers I've had. NOTE: you can't scan to email. You can only scan to a computer, which isn't super convenient in this phone-based era. Also, the color printing is pretty dull and yellowish. Lastly, this machine is only returnable for 2 weeks! So make sure to set it up quickly to figure out if you like it while you can still return it (which I did not).

I really like my printer. The two side printing is much nicer than the one I had.

Not what I thought, the ink doesn't last for 6 months, had it less than a month and I already had to reorder ink. The scanner is not good, doesn't allow to scan in black, just gray.

No mater what I do I can not keep it signed into our internet and working. I had the model before this and loved it. Now the requirement to have an online account it keeping me from being able to use this machine.

This was fine until it ran out of black ink before having it for two months, averaging 4 pages a day. When I put a new cartridge in (from Instant Ink) the black won't print. The printer says the black ink is full, but it's not printing. I've taken it out and checked and the black ink has ink in it. My finger was black! I contacted HP and they're sending me another cartridge sometime in the next 5-7 days. If that works I'll come back and edit this.

so far so good. For personal use printing is more than adecuate.
