Absolute Trash!! This printer constantly states there's errors, even though nothing is wrong, it takes over 40 minutes to "shut down." In the six months we've owned this printer, only 2 items have actually printed!! There is also no way to enable/disable cartridge protection, so you're required to buy $100+ ink EVERY TIME. Serious connectivity issues with this.

The product was excellent but the setup was a war to avoid an entangling future ink purchase agreement.

I got this printer for home use. It is perfect for what i needed it for.

Bought printer in April, 2024. We are not heavy users of printing. Ever since the first month on owning this printer, it will not print unless I reboot it and computer. The wi-fi is right next to computer. Time to chuck this printer.

Dont have to worry about using someone else's printer

Doesn't scan front and back with the document feeder.

I'm so disappointed in this printer. I replaced a 12 year old printer for this hunk of junk and the 12 year old printer prints and works better. This thing has brand new ink, just set up and prints lines in any sort of pictures I print. I like the HP ink subscription as it's convenient, but not worth it with a printer like this. They truly don't make things like they used to.

Do not purchase if you need to scan or print for any type of work it states verbatim "Automatic Document Feeder Capacity 35 sheets" However malfunctions with ten pages.

Only options for ink are to be locked into an ink subscription model or periodically purchase ~$100 worth of ink. Wish I'd looked up reviews on printer forums before buying, the majority of people say to stay away from hp printers.

Most one of the worst printers I’ve ever had. I’ve had to return two of them for the same thing, not connecting and working with the Internet, not printing, and it had to be registered to be able to print and you have to buy ink from the ink company or else it wouldn’t print Horrible printer

The only problem i have it take a long time to turn on

I am having a really hard time getting it to hook up to my WiFi. I may ask Geek Squad to come out.

Paper loading trays difficult to handle. Should be easier to reload

Terrible. Would not print. Screen showed error message regarding hardware update. Called HP support and they were unable to repair. . Ended up sending printer to HP. Hp sent another printer out but was refurbished. So I paid Best Buy for a brand new printer I no longer had to get a refurbished one from HP. I should have returned to Best Buy for a refund

Good printer, but won’t always stay connected to wifi.

We have not been able to get the new printer to work. We have to send our print assignments to our old printer. The printer keeps telling us to finish the printer set up. However, when we follow the directions, we get the same message again.

Absolutely awful. The printer is now 10 days outside of the return window and is barely functioning. Constant paper jams, printer offline error, and it takes several minutes just to print one page. I previously had the HP 9015 and was very happy with it. This current printer has turned me off to anymore HP purchases.

In the description it said it had a fax, it did not have a port for a land line. I returned the product.

This unit is only so so. It was inexpensive and thats exactly what it is. If i had to use this very often it would be returned. The printing takes forever. Not the best.

The printer performs as good as it can to be inexpensive. It does use a lot of ink, however.
