The worst printer

Last tine it keep booting up so I finally canceled then tried again. It printed. This morning I attempted a print job and same thing. After several minutes of it acting like it was preparing to print, i just canceled the job. I sure hope it’s not too late to exchange. Smh

HP is usually great but not this time

We tried everything call the Geek Squad and they tried some things remotely but didn’t work. So we returned it to the store and bought another.

I have to call tech support weekly and spend at least 1 hour/day troubleshooting. We are small business owners and do not have the band width to deal with this so regularly. I will never purchase an HP printer or other HP equipment ever again.

Very unhappy with the "Squad"

The Geek Squad came out to install the new computer and could not get the printer working properly. The Geek Squad will not come out unless they get paid.

I BELIEVE THE INTERFERENCE BY INSTANT INK coukd be an issue

Hidden Monthly Fees

HP customer service is not connecting because it requires an AI driver which costs $200. I wish Best Buy and HP would say this BEFORE the purchase. Now a 99-dollar printer would cost 300 plus, its outrageous
