    Terrible printer, horrible customer service and printer made very annoying sound. Purchased new and used only twice before calling customer service. Best Buy would not refund or replace so it was placed in the garbage can.

    Got an error on day 1 that “Printer door is open” and support wasn’t able to resolve. They suggested I mail it to them and wait 2-4 weeks for a replacement rather than returning to the store.

    Very disappointed, the control panel quit working after less than a month. It's just black. Spent 45 minutes trying to troubleshoot it with tech support and will have to replace printer.
