Don't even consider buying one. On our 3rd identical Samsung washer in less than 2 years and all had issues either immediately or within the first year of use. Clothing damaged beyond repair. Samsung customer service useless and non-responsive even when accelerating to a manager. I am reaching out to Best Buy customer service today to see if they can intervene as Best Buy sells them. If that gets me nowhere the next step is a consumer fraud complaint. Zero stars should be allowed. This doesn't deserve even a 1 star rating.

It takes a LOT of water to fill when it fills. It starts to agitate before there's enough water in it, which means it is pulling at the clothes, I think this is going to damage the clothes more. It take for EVER to complete a load. And there is NO just spin cycle.

Works great - Love additional rinses

I am giving it 5 stars even though it was out of commission for a couple of days due to a freak software update. Samsung issued a patch that requires unplugging and plugging in the washer so the fix was simple. Close are clean and extra rinse cycle option is great when you want 3 or 4 extra rinses lol.

The following day I scheduled another delivery date for the following week. A day before that delivery date I find out it's no longer in stock. Huh?? My fingers are crossed that in two more weeks this unit will actually be delivered. Once we put this machine to use I can update this review.

It does a good job washing our clothes, bedding, towels and rugs. I did expect more from the app; I hate that you can start (or let’s be honest - restart) a load from the app. I don’t quite get the point of it if you still have to press the start button on the washer.
