Clothing on top doesn’t always get wet. Clothing still seems dirty. Agitator does not move clothing top to bottom just side to side. Would not recommend to anyone

Using this machine is still very new and we are working to learn more about what it can do. As time goes on it will wash many different types of clothing and materials than the real assessment can be made.

Unit is 3 years old, for the past 6-8 months any blankets, etc cause it to go out of balance. Check You Tube, several videos showing how to repair the problem, but the main thing is the suspension system used in this machine is of poor design. My daughter has one also and the same problem and she does a lot more laundry than I do.
